huge design news that is probably old, but new to me

i just received an email from my friend cheyenne that..."finally the government decided to take the Election design work nationally." you know what that means? that maybe good design really does matter? nah, of course it doesn't. but congrats to cheyenne and the others who have been laboring over design for democracy for years. oooo i wish i was in on that project.
