entertainment weekly had a little write-up about the v for vendetta movie posters this past week. i'm not sure how i feel about them. there are these that i am posting, but there are also a series of stereotypical hollywood posters featuring that scary puppet thing.
personally, they remind me of lissitzky's work. concerned citizen is a much better expert on this topic than i am, so maybe concerned will chime in....

on second, third, or 20th look, i wish they would have used a typeface with a bit more strength. the messaging seems so loud, but the type is relatively quiet.
