finally, something a client might understand

aiga nebraska has published this handy-dandy booklet, good design is good business. it's a definite must for anyone that works directly with clients: freelancers, small business owners, students heading out into the working world. the booklet explains in clear, simple terms the design process and what is to be expected of the design experience. if you are at vcu, i sent a few copies to jamie mahoney, so hit her up for a copy, or a photocopy at least. if only we could get the clients to actually read the publication, and think about it, we would all be in a much happier place. you can order your own copies by emailing drew davies of aiga nebraska, drew@oxidedesign.com, or you can download a pdf from their website. don't leave home without it.
